Terms of Service
These terms apply to the international network acceleration and international route subscription services provided by VPNTZ. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or continuing to use the service, the user confirms that they have read and agree to follow these rules.
Last updated: August 2026
Service Scope and Applicability
VPNTZ provides network acceleration across 120+ countries and 170+ routes, with support for Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. Services include the account panel, subscription details, client download access, route connectivity, and support features related to subscriptions. The routes, protocols, and features available to each user are determined by what is shown in the user panel.
International network links may be affected by the user's local network environment, the status of the target service, device configuration, route congestion, and upstream network changes. VPNTZ maintains available routes and provides switching options, but does not guarantee access to any specific website, application, regional exit, or uninterrupted connection beyond what is stated in these terms.
Account and Subscription Rules
No email address is required for registration; a username and password are sufficient. Users must protect their login credentials and are responsible for subscription management, route usage, and setting changes made within their accounts. If credentials are exposed or unusual access is detected, users should change their password promptly and stop distributing the existing credentials.
Monthly subscriptions include ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB. Data resets monthly on the activation date, and the price difference for an upgrade is prorated over the remaining days. Data packages include ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB; they remain valid until used and never expire. Payment methods are Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT.
The service allows unlimited devices to be online at the same time, but only for the account holder's own devices and management. Accounts, subscription credentials, and route access may not be sold, rented, publicly posted, or resold to others as standalone products. Users may not expand the scope of subscription use through centralized distribution, agency sales, or public sharing.
Lawful Use Requirements
Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable in their location and in the location they are accessing, and must independently confirm the usage conditions for relevant websites, applications, and content. The service is intended only for lawful international access, cross-border collaboration, network acceleration, and personal network connectivity. It must not be used to conduct unlawful activities or help others do so.
Users may not use the service to launch network attacks, distribute malicious programs, access unauthorized systems, send bulk unsolicited messages, infringe intellectual property, commit fraud, or otherwise harm networks, devices, or third-party rights. Users must not disrupt route operations, probe service infrastructure, evade account access controls, or use automation to consume resources clearly beyond normal subscription purposes.
Service Availability and Liability
VPNTZ may temporarily adjust route entry points, connection methods, and panel features due to route maintenance, protocol changes, network failures, security incidents, or upstream service changes. Brief interruptions, route switching, or temporary unavailability of some features may occur during maintenance. Important changes to usage methods will be explained on the site or in the user panel.
Users are responsible for maintaining their device systems, clients, and local network environment, and should confirm route connectivity before important work. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is not responsible for losses caused by device failures, incorrect configuration, target service restrictions, third-party network issues, force majeure, or other causes beyond VPNTZ's reasonable control.
Restrictions and Termination
If an account is used to resell subscriptions, publicly share credentials, damage service facilities, interfere with other users' normal access, or conduct unlawful activities, VPNTZ may, depending on the level of risk, restrict relevant routes, suspend account access, or terminate the service. To verify unusual usage, the service may require users to complete necessary account verification or security steps through the account panel.
After an account is restricted or terminated, users must stop using the related subscription information. Termination measures do not affect responsibilities that arose previously, nor do they release users from responsibility for damage caused by violations. Refund requests that meet the refund terms will continue to be handled under the refund rules stated on this page.
Refund Terms and Changes
A full refund without giving a reason may be requested within 14 days of the first payment. Refund requests must be submitted through the user panel so the relevant account and order can be verified. Refunds are handled only within the scope expressly stated in these terms; users should stop using the subscription for which a refund is requested before submitting an application.
VPNTZ may revise these terms based on changes to service scope, route structure, compliance requirements, or features. The updated text will be published on this page, along with the revised last-updated month. Changes that materially affect account rights or usage responsibilities will be announced on the site or in the user panel. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised content; users who disagree should stop using the service and submit a request if they meet the refund conditions.
