Customer Support & Tickets

Account status, subscription delivery, route connections and refund requests are handled through the user dashboard. Tickets keep your issue details and follow-up replies together, making them suitable for matters that require ongoing review.

Handling Order and Expectations

Tickets are handled in queue order, with no fixed response time. Issues that can be verified directly through account status are checked against the basic details first; route reproduction, protocol changes or payment status issues may require further investigation based on the ticket information.

Account & Subscription

Provide your username, the plan status shown in the dashboard and the step where the issue occurred. An email address is not required to create an account; your username and password are sufficient. Do not include your password again in a ticket.

Connections & Routes

Include your platform, the protocol selected in the client, the route name and any error message. Supported platforms include Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and Linux. Platform details help determine whether to adjust the route or protocol first.

Plans & Traffic

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. When upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated across the remaining days. If the dashboard does not match your expectations, include the relevant plan name and current status.

Refund Requests

This service offers a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund. When submitting a request, select the relevant order in your ticket and briefly explain what needs to be checked. Follow-up updates will remain in that ticket.

Before sending

Before Submitting a Ticket

Describe where the issue occurred and what you have already tried. This is usually more useful for troubleshooting than simply writing “unable to connect.” Provide the following details as applicable.

What information is needed for connection issues?
List your platform, client, protocol, route name, error message and network environment. If you switched routes or protocols, also describe the result after switching.
What should I do if I cannot get the client?
The client download area is available in the user dashboard. After logging in, open the downloads section and get the client for your platform. If the entry appears unavailable, submit your account status through the ticket page.
What should I do if my plan or traffic looks incorrect?
First, check the activation date of your monthly subscription. Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date; traffic packages remain available until used and never expire. If the discrepancy remains, include the plan name shown in your dashboard ticket.
Can I contact an unlisted account?
No public email address or Telegram account is listed on this page. For account, subscription, order and route issues, use the user dashboard ticket portal.
