PREPAREBefore you start

Before-you-start checklist

Before you begin, decide which devices and main use cases you will use. VPNTZ supports Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and Linux; this guide focuses on the first four platforms. Your account works on unlimited devices, so you do not need separate accounts for a computer and tablet. Use the same user panel to access the subscription details for that account on every device.

Estimate your monthly data usage first. Browsing, document syncing and AI Tools generally use data differently from extended Streaming sessions. If you regularly switch between devices, include their combined usage. An exact calculation is unnecessary; simply decide whether your usage is light, routine or heavy before choosing a plan.

This page does not provide static installers or display a ready-to-use subscription address. Clients and account subscriptions are managed in the user panel; signing in first helps you avoid choosing the wrong platform or copying outdated information. To learn about the differences between protocols, direct routes, relays and dedicated routes, read Protocol and route reference. You do not need these details for your first connection.

ACCOUNTAccount

Create an account

After opening the account creation page, choose a recognizable username and a unique password. VPNTZ does not require an email address; submit the username and password to enter the user panel. Store the password securely, since plans, subscription links and device management all start there. If your browser asks to save login details, decide based on your device habits. On a shared device, sign out of the panel when finished.

After account creation, the page moves to the account area. Confirm that the displayed username matches the one you just set, then choose a plan. There is no need to open a client yet, and you should not copy text that merely looks like a subscription address from another page. The subscription details for the current account appear in the user panel after the plan takes effect. Following the sequence makes it easier to identify where a problem occurred.

Completion check

You can enter the user panel and see the overview for the current account.

First Month Free
PLANPlan

Choose a plan

Open the Plans section in the user panel to view the monthly options: ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB. Data resets monthly on the activation date. Choose based on expected usage rather than price alone: start with a lower allowance for browsing and light collaboration, and leave more headroom for frequent Streaming or continuous syncing across several devices.

After choosing a plan, create an order as prompted in the panel, then select an available payment method from Alipay, WeChat Pay or USDT. Before paying, double-check the plan name, data allowance and term. After payment, return to the user panel instead of creating the same order again. Wait for the order status to update, then check the plan details in the overview. If the status does not change immediately, reopen the overview and check again rather than submitting another payment.

Monthly subscription data resets on the activation date. When upgrading mid-term, the price difference is calculated against the remaining days. Permanent data packages that do not expire and remain available until used are also offered for irregular usage. If you are unsure about long-term consumption, choose based on your clearest current use case and review the actual usage in the panel later. All plans support unlimited devices and include 14-day no-questions-asked refunds.

Completion check

The order status has updated, and the overview shows the current plan and available data.

SUBSCRIPTIONSubscription

Get your subscription from the user panel

Once the plan is active, open the user panel overview. Check the plan status and remaining data first, then find the Subscription section. The link there is tied to the current account, so use the panel’s copy action to avoid missing characters. Do not paste it into a chat, public notes page or browser search box. Switch directly to the client you plan to use.

The subscription address lets the client read the route list and receive future updates. It is not a regular webpage address and should not be opened in a browser. If you need to recognize its format, the clearly fake value below is only a visual example. It cannot connect to any service and cannot replace the real content in the user panel:

https://example.com/sub?token=YOUR_TOKEN

If the Subscription section is not visible in the overview, return to the Plans and Orders area to confirm the payment status. Do not enter a server name manually in the client. If the plan is active but the page has not updated, sign out, sign in again and check the overview. After obtaining the subscription, import it according to the device platform. When using the same account on multiple devices, complete the import separately inside each device’s client.

Completion check

You have copied the subscription link for the current account from the panel and are ready to open the client for the relevant platform.

IMPORTClient

Import on each platform

The client’s appearance varies by operating system, but the import logic is the same: get the client for your platform from the user panel, add the subscription link, then run an update. After the client reads it successfully, entries such as regions, cities or route types will appear. Choose one that fits your use case; there is no need to adjust protocol parameters before your first connection.

Windows import

Sign in to the user panel on Windows, open the client download area and choose the Windows client provided here. After installation, open the client and look in the main screen, subscription management or configuration management for “Add subscription” or “Import from URL.” Paste the subscription link copied from the overview, save it and run an update. When the route list appears, choose a route closer to your destination and return to the main screen to connect.

If no list appears after pasting, check for extra spaces before or after the address and confirm that you copied the subscription entry rather than the current page URL. Running multiple proxy-style network programs on Windows can make the traffic path difficult to identify. During initial setup, keep only the client currently being tested connected.

macOS import

Get the appropriate client from the macOS user panel, install it and allow any network configuration requested by the system. Open the client’s Subscription or Configuration page, choose Add via URL, paste the subscription link from the panel and update it. The first network configuration may trigger an authorization window; approve it, then return to the client and choose a route.

If the routes do not refresh after import, manually update the subscription entry. If a client status menu appears in the menu bar, connecting and disconnecting can usually be managed there; the exact wording varies by version. For first use, confirm only that the subscription was read, routes are available and system authorization is complete. Advanced routing rules are not required.

Android import

Sign in to the user panel in a browser on Android, open the client area and follow the relevant entry. In the installed subscription client, open the Configuration, Subscription or Profile page and choose Add from URL. Paste the subscription link, give it a recognizable name, then save and update it. When the route list appears, select a route and return to the connection screen.

During the first connection, Android displays a system authorization prompt for the network connection. Confirm it so the client can handle traffic. If access stops after switching networks, disconnect in the client and reconnect so the system can rebuild the path for the current network. Battery-saving settings may restrict background connections; if the connection drops after the screen locks, check the client’s background activity settings.

iOS import

On iOS, open the client area in the user panel and use the provided entry to get a suitable subscription client. In the client, choose Import from URL on the Subscription, Configuration or Add page, paste the subscription link and save it. After updating, the client will load the available routes. Choose one, then press the connect button.

The first iOS connection requests permission to add a system network configuration. After approval, the connection status appears in the status bar or system settings. If you copy the link from another device, make sure the address was not truncated during transfer. For safer subscription handling, sign in to the user panel directly in the iOS browser and copy it there.

Get the client
VERIFYVerify

Connect and verify

After importing the subscription, select an exit route matching the target service’s region and connect from the client’s main screen. A “Connected” status only confirms that the connection process finished; verify that traffic actually uses the selected route. Do not change the protocol, route and network environment at the same time, or it will be difficult to identify which change made a difference.

Before connecting, check the region associated with your current exit IP, then connect and check again. The post-connection region should match the selected route. Next, check DNS resolution to confirm that requests are no longer following the previous network path. Finally, open the website, AI Tool or Streaming service you actually plan to use and check login, loading and sustained access. Completing all three checks in sequence is more reliable than reading the client status alone.

If browser results change but an app still follows the old path, fully close and reopen the app. Some apps retain connections or cached data, and an old session may not rebuild immediately after the client connects. If the device supports per-app routing, confirm that the target app is included in the current rules. Keep the default rules during initial testing and adjust them only after verification succeeds.

IP Exit region

It should match the region of the route selected in the client.

DNS Resolution path

Reload, then check whether DNS resolution changes with the connection.

APP Target app

Close the old session, reopen the app and make a real request.

CHECKTroubleshoot

Quick connection checks

If a route will not connect, return to Subscription Management and update it first, confirming that the client can still read the route list. An empty list usually points to the plan status or an incomplete subscription copy. If the list is present but the selected route fails, try another route in the same region. Change one condition at a time and test immediately to keep the troubleshooting path clear.

If browsing works during the day but loading becomes unstable during peak hours, switch routes first, then consider changing protocols based on actual packet loss. Distance is not the only factor: for services in Japan, start with a Japan exit; for other regions, prioritize the target region and real-world stability. Route and protocol choices involve more detail, covered in Protocol and route reference.

If no route connects, disconnect the client, switch networks once and reconnect. If only one website behaves unusually, cross-check with other websites or apps so the target service’s own status is not mistaken for a route issue. If the account is valid, the subscription is updated, system authorization is complete, and the exit region and DNS checks are clear but access still fails, submit a ticket through the user panel. Include the device platform, selected route and checks already completed.

The first-use path is complete. For everyday use, keep the subscription updated regularly and choose routes by target region. When changing devices, repeat “get the client—import the subscription—verify the connection.” You do not need to create another account or pay again for a plan that is still valid.

Setup complete

Keep a clear connection baseline

Remember the platform, route and protocol used when verification first succeeded. If something changes later, return to that baseline and adjust one item at a time. This is usually easier to diagnose than changing several options together.
