Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information VPNTZ processes when providing cross-border network acceleration services, why it is processed, and how users can manage it.

Last updated: August 2026

Scope

This policy applies to the VPNTZ marketing website, user panel, subscription services, and related support processes. Using the service means that you have read this policy. If you complete a transaction through an external payment provider, that provider may have separate rules for information it collects directly; this policy does not replace those rules.

VPNTZ processes information only as needed to provide accounts, subscriptions, billing, troubleshooting, and website operations. It does not build user profiles from network activity content.

Information Collected and Its Use

No email address is required to create an account. Users create an account with a username and password. The system stores the username, protected password credentials, account status, subscription status, and summarized traffic usage for sign-in verification, plan delivery, traffic accounting, and account management.

The order process generates records including the plan, amount, payment status, creation and completion times, and refund or dispute details. This information is used to confirm transactions, provide support, and meet necessary financial and compliance obligations. Text, screenshots, or diagnostic information that users voluntarily submit in a support ticket is used only to handle the relevant issue.

The website may record pages visited, visit times, referring pages, browser type, device category, and basic network information to investigate unusual access, check that pages work properly, and improve content structure. This website analytics data is handled separately from network activity on subscription routes.

No-Logs Principle

VPNTZ does not record which websites users access through subscription routes, the specific content they transmit, or browsing histories based on destinations, application activity, or DNS requests. Routine services do not retain connection logs that could be used to reconstruct an individual’s network activity.

When a user submits a connection troubleshooting ticket, the service may request client diagnostic information directly related to the issue. This information is used only during troubleshooting to identify protocol, route, or client status, and is not retained as a routine connection record after the issue is resolved. Users should remove unrelated personal content before submitting it.

Cookies and Local Storage

The website and user panel use cookies or browser local storage to save sign-in status, interface language, necessary session identifiers, and page preferences. This helps maintain the sign-in process and restore user choices. Disabling these features may prevent account status from being preserved or require sign-in again.

Browsers can be used to clear cookies and local storage. After clearing them, sign-in status and preferences saved on the current device will also be removed, but this will not automatically delete server-side account, order, or support ticket information.

Payment and Third-Party Processing

VPNTZ supports Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. Payments are processed by the relevant payment service. The service receives the transaction status, amount, and order identifier needed to complete an order, but does not directly store the complete payment credentials that the payment service asks users to submit.

Payment services handle transaction information under their own privacy rules. Users should read the relevant service’s information before submitting details on its payment page. To process refunds, investigate transactions, or handle disputes, necessary order information may be checked between VPNTZ and the relevant payment service.

Retention, Deletion, and Policy Updates

Account information is retained while an account is active to provide subscriptions and support. Order and refund records are retained as needed to process transactions, disputes, and necessary compliance matters. Website analytics are handled in aggregated or de-identified form where practicable. Once the processing purpose is complete, relevant information will be deleted, de-identified, or no longer used for routine business.

Users can request access to or deletion of account information through support tickets in the user panel. Before completing a deletion request, the system may need to verify control of the account. Records required for legal obligations, unresolved orders, refund processing, or disputes may be retained until the relevant matter ends. After account deletion, cleared information usually cannot be recovered.

This policy may be updated when service processes, features, or applicable requirements change. The updated text will be published on this page, and the last-updated date at the top of the page will be changed. If a change materially affects how information is processed, VPNTZ will provide notice on the website or in the user panel.
